Email Tracker

Feature Summary

The Email Tracker allows organizers to monitor the status of sent emails.

Who can use this feature

All organization members are allowed to view the email tracker.

How to View the Email Tracker
  1. Log in to your organization
    Ensure you're signed in to your organization.
  2. Navigate to the Email Dashboard Tab
    Use the sidebar to access the Email Dashboard section.
  3. Open the Email Tracker Tab
    Click on the Email Tracker tab to view sent email activity
  4. View and Sort Emails
    • See a list of all sent emails.

    • Sort by recipient, status (Sent, Failed), or email type (Ticket Email, Email Blast).
  5. Refresh the Tracker
    Click Refresh to update the status and ensure you're viewing the latest data.

NOTE: Emails may initially appear as "Sent" but can bounce back later and show as "Failed". Use the refresh button to check for updated delivery status. If an attendee's ticket email shows up as "Failed", try using the reissue feature
