What to do if my Organization Access Code leaks?
  1. Log in to your organization
    Ensure you're signed in to your organization.organization’s dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Members page
    Use the sidebar to access the Members section.
  3. Click "Refresh Code"
    Select the Refresh Code button to receivegenerate a new organization access codecode. andThis will automatically invalidate the oldprevious one.code.

What to do if a ticket fails to send?
  1. LogIf ina ticket doesn’t reach the attendee, use the Reissuing Ticket feature to yourresend organization
    Ensure you're signed in to your organization.
  2. Navigateit to the Events Dashboard
    Use the sidebar to access the Dashboard section.
  3. Find Your Event in the Calendar View
    Use the calendar to navigate to the date of your event.
  4. Click on the Event Date
    This will display all events scheduled for that day.
  5. Select Your Event
    Click on the event with the failed ticket.
  6. Click "View Attendees"
    Select the View Attendees button to view the attendees of the event.
  7. Find the attendee with the failed ticket
    Scroll down the list of attendees or search by name to find the attendee who's ticket failed to send.
  8. Reissue the attendee's ticket
    Select the Actions button, select Reissue from the dropdown and enter the attendee's email. Ensure that thecorrect email is spelled correctly, then press the Reissue Ticket button.

What to do if my payouts aren't going through?
  1. Log in to your organization
    EnsureMake sure you're signed in to your organization.organization’s dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Finances page
    Use the sidebar to access the Finances section.
  3. Check for an alert
    CheckLook tofor see if there is anany alert on the Finances pagemessages above the Account Management section. AnThese examplealerts ofmay aninclude alertrequests youfrom couldStripe—for receiveexample, isto asking forverify your ID.identity. Complete theany required steps in the alert to startresume receiving payouts again.payouts.

What to do if I forget my password?
  1. Enter your organization's "Organization ID"ID
    On the authentication page, entertype your organization's Organization ID ininto the fielddesignated andfield, then click the Continue to Organization button.to proceed.

    Select the Forgot password? button on the login page.

    EnterType your email address into the field and pressclick the Send Email button to receive thea password changereset email.link in your inbox.

  4. NavigateOpen tothe Password Reset Email
    Open your inbox and find the password change email
    Go to your email inbox and open the password changereset email. Click onthe Reset Password button inside the Resetemail Password
    to button.proceed.
