Feature Summary
The to-dotodo list lets organizers create a checklist of tasks for attendees to complete before the event. This helps ensure attendees are prepared and all pre-event requirements are met.

All organization members are allowed to enable the todo list

How to enable bursaries

- Create or Edit an Event
Begin by creating a new event or editing an existing one. - Toggle on “Todo/Checklist”
Enable the feature while creating or editing your event.
- Click add item
Add a new task to the checklist.
- Choose Item Type

Link: Directs attendees to a required form or document (e.g., waiver).

Checkbox: A general task attendees must complete.

- If Link:

Paste the URL of the external form or document.

Enter the message attendees will see (e.g., “Complete the waiver”).

- If Checkbox:
- Enter the message describing the task (e.g., “Bring your student ID”).
- Enter the message describing the task (e.g., “Bring your student ID”).
- Repeat as Needed
Add multiple checklist items to cover all pre-event requirements. - Save Changes / Create Event

How the Pre-Event Checklist Works (User View)
As an attendee, you’ll receive an email with a link to your pre-event checklist. When you open it:
- You’ll see a list of tasks to complete before the event.
- You can click checkboxes to mark tasks as done.
- If a task includes a link (like a waiver or form), you can click to complete it — when you return, the item will already be marked as done.
