Join/Login to an Organization

Summary

This guide walks you through how to login to your organization on TriEvents, and how to onboard new members into the organization.

How to Login to an Organization

1. Enter your organization's "Organization ID"
   On the authentication page, enter your organization's Organization ID in the field and click the Continue to Organization button.
   

   

2. Fill in Login Information
   Provide the following information:
   
   1. Email: Your email address
   2. Password: Your password
3. Click "Login:
   Click the Login button to login to the organization.
   

   

How to Join/Add a Member to an Organization

In order to add a member to an organization, you will need to obtain that organization's access code

1. Log in to your organization
   Ensure you're signed in to your organization.
   
2. Navigate to the Members page
   Use the sidebar to access the Members section.
3. Copy the organization access code
   Click the eye icon to reveal the organization access code or press the copy icon to copy the access code. Once the code has been used to onboard your members or if your access code leak, you can press the Refresh Code button to obtain a new code and invalidate the old one.
   

   

   
   
4. Give the access code to your members
   Give the copied organization access code to any members you want to join your organization.

The remaining steps in this section will be performed from the perspective of the member joining the organization

1. Enter your organization's "Organization ID"
   On the authentication page, enter your organization's Organization ID provided by a member of your organization in the field and click the Continue to Organization button.
   

   

2. Click "Join Organization"
   On the authentication page, press the Join Organization page to switch to the Join Organization page.
   

   

3. Fill in User Information
   Provide the following information:
   
   1. Name: Your name
   2. Email: Your email address
   3. Password: Your password
   4. Access Code: An access code provided by someone in your organization to join the organization
      

      

   5. Click "Join Organization"
      Click the Join Organization button. Your user will be created in the organization and you will be redirected to the organization's dashboard.
